1. About Sustainat

Sustainat connects different platform roles and services through shared accounts. The United States, India, and the United Kingdom are current intended service regions. Availability depends on the particular platform, service, location, and access requirements.

2. Accounts and access

Provide accurate account and registration information, keep your sign-in details private, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Do not share passwords or one-time codes. Contact us if you believe someone else has accessed your account without permission.

Google sign-in helps verify your identity for account access. It does not automatically approve an application, grant a platform role, verify a business, or remove service-specific requirements. Some roles and services require additional information and review.

3. Services, transactions, and previews

Before submitting a request, booking, order, payment, or application, review the details presented in that workflow, including the participating provider and any applicable price, cancellation, refund, or eligibility information. Do not assume that the same conditions apply to every platform or provider.

Features marked as preview, staging, demonstration, or under review may change and may not offer a complete live service. Homepage stories, sample journeys, and imagery illustrate Sustainat’s intended experience. They do not establish that a supplier, product, service, or environmental outcome has been verified. Service availability can change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or other operational reasons. Check the relevant platform for its current availability before relying on a service.

4. Responsible use

Use Sustainat lawfully and respect other people’s rights. You must not:

• Impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, or use someone else’s account without authorization.
• Harass others, disclose information you have no right to share, or upload content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with platform operation, or introduce malicious software.
• Misrepresent a preview, illustration, or unapproved application as an approved or verified Sustainat service.

Access may be restricted while an account, application, misuse report, or service issue is reviewed. Contact us if you need help understanding an access decision.

5. Information, content, and external services

Only submit information and content you are authorized to provide. Relevant details may be used or shared with participants and reviewers to carry out the service you request, as described in the Privacy Policy and the relevant workflow.

Sustainat branding and website materials are not made available for unrestricted reuse merely by appearing on the site. Some materials have their own licenses, identified in the experience credits. Respect those licenses and the rights of their owners.

External websites and services, including Google sign-in, have their own terms and policies. A link or integration does not mean that Sustainat controls all aspects of that external service.

6. Your rights and questions

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer protections or other statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
