This policy describes information used by the Sustainat public website and shared Sustainat accounts across its platforms. The information involved also depends on the services and roles you choose.
1. Who operates Sustainat
Sustainat is operated by Sumanth Moparthi. For privacy questions or requests, contact sumanthmoparthi001@gmail.com.
The United States, India, and the United Kingdom are current intended service regions. This does not mean every service is available in every region or that information is stored in any particular country.
2. Account information and Google sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in, Sustainat receives a Google account identifier and profile information supplied by Google: your email address, its verification status, your name, and your profile photo when available. We use this information to verify your sign-in, identify or link your Sustainat account, and prefill applicable account or registration fields.
Sustainat stores linked identity and account information in its own account system. Relevant identity and profile information can be used by Sustainat’s internal services and the platforms you access so that your account, roles, and access decisions work together. Sign-in identity checks and platform access controls restrict account access.
Sustainat does not receive your Google password. Google sign-in does not grant Sustainat permission to read your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or Google Calendar. A separate integration, if offered, would require its own permission request and explanation.
Our use of Google sign-in information is limited to account access and related user-facing features and is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
Information you enter separately during signup, such as a username, mobile number, password, date of birth, country, location, or additional profile details, is part of your Sustainat account information. Google sign-in does not replace any additional registration or approval requirements.
3. Information for platform services
The roles and services you use may involve additional information, such as service requests, bookings, orders, messages, location details, business information, or documents for registration and review. Use the information and permission notices shown in the relevant workflow to understand what is requested and why.
Information you provide is used to carry out the requested workflow and make the relevant account, service, or access decision. A request or transaction may make relevant details available to the participating provider, recipient, or authorized reviewer. Review the workflow before submitting information, especially documents or location details.
4. Browser storage and website connections
Sustainat uses browser local storage for its own sign-in session. This storage helps maintain account access in that browser; it is separate from your Google session. Use Sustainat’s sign-out control when you finish on a shared device.
Visiting the website connects your browser to the hosting service and resources used by the page, including Google Fonts. Choosing Google sign-in connects your browser to Google. These connections involve technical information such as an IP address and browser request information. Third-party services handle their own information under their policies, including Google’s Privacy Policy.
5. Your choices and privacy requests
You can manage Sustainat’s connection in your Google Account connections. Revoking Google access does not by itself delete your Sustainat account or information already stored by Sustainat. Signing out and clearing browser storage also do not delete server-side account or service records.
To ask about access, correction, account linking, or deletion of your information, contact sumanthmoparthi001@gmail.com. Describe the account or request without sending passwords, one-time codes, or unnecessary identity documents. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account.
Deletion requests are reviewed in the context of the account and services involved. Information may need to be retained for an ongoing service, a dispute, or an applicable legal obligation. We will explain relevant limits when responding; this policy does not promise immediate deletion or a single retention period for every type of information.
